Do I need to send products all the way to China?
US customers can return their products to our American warehouse, Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.Please contact Customer Service by submitting a ticket on our site,indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

The products are fine, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order and you will be responsible for all shipping fees. For details on the return policy, please contact our Customer Service.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products are brand new and of high quality. If a defect arises, please contact our Customer Service and we can offer you an exchange. We will be responsible for all shipping fees.
Warranty terms and conditions
The products must be returned to Auxbeam for inspection. After we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. At the same time, we will confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under our 1-year warranty. What is more, we have 30 days money back guarantee for some customers who want refund.
We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 1 year. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Auxbeam product that has ceased to function properly. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Auxbeam products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
When can get my money back?
After sending the products back to US, customer should send US the tracking number of that products, and we will refund the money.
How can I return the product?
If you want to return the product to us, you need to follow the steps below.
1. Please send the reason and your order number to customer@auxbeam.com.
2. The customer service will reply to you with the RMA of your purchase and the return address.
3. After you return the product, please send us the tracking number.
