Our Return & Exchange Policy
  • 1. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return the item to us within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
  • 2. Customers can only return their products to our warehouse in China. Please contact our Customer Service by submitting a ticket. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  • 3. Returns must be received in its original condition and packaging: unused, unworn, unwashed. Items returned with obvious use or product stains will be subject to refusal.
  • 4. Please note that we do not provide free return for the product that does not have a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship.
Our Warranty Terms and Conditions
Auxbeam products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 2 years from the original date of receipt. Our sole obligation in the event of such defects during this period is to repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at Auxbeam’s sole discretion. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Auxbeam products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
How to return the item?
If you want to return the item to us, you need to follow the steps below.
Please apply return/exchange by ticket. Our Customer Service will reply to you with the RMA number of your purchase and the return address via email. After you return the item, please send us the tracking number. Once we have received the returned item(s), our Customer Service will apply the refund in 7-10 working days.
