Warranty and return process
Please complete the PRODUCT RETURNS form in detail and submit, waiting for the approval from our customer service.
Our customer service will review your submitted form and make sure all the information and details of your case are complete. Then we will send you an email.
Once you receive the email and approve, please follow the instructions in the email and send the product prepaid back to the Auxbeam.
Once you have shipped your product to Auxbeam, you will receive an email confirmation that your product has arrived at our company. Our customer service will review your case and either repair or replace your item. Please wait patiently because the processing time is 7-10 business days.
Warranty terms and conditions
The products must be returned to Auxbeam for inspection. After we determine that it has a manufacturing defect in material, electronics and workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. At the same time, we will confirm whether the product qualifies to be repaired or replaced under our 1-year warranty. What's more, we have 30 days money back guarantee for some customers who want refund.
1-year warranty policy
We provide warranty for our products for a period up to 1 year. Within the period covered under warranty, we will repair or replace any Auxbeam product that has ceased to function properly. Upon expiration of their respective warranty periods, all Auxbeam products will receive continuing support through our limited lifetime warranty. The limited lifetime warranty covers labor costs and maintenance with the exclusion of accessories or replacement parts.
